I was looking for some parts for my bike, and the site was a bit more frustrating than I expected. Some of the pages took a while to load, and the filters didn’t really help with narrowing things down like that. Checkout was fine enough, but just moving around the site on my phone felt kind of clunky. It’s not terrible or anything, this whole thing just needs to be easier to use

I ran into a little trouble figuring out the wiring on my tail light kit, so I emailed TST not really expecting much. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and explained what I was doing wrong in a way that actually made sense. I sent over a couple of pictures, and they pointed out the exact fix right away. After that, it was super easy. Really appreciate the help, definitely 5 stars from me!

It showed up when it was supposed to, with no weird delays or hassle. Straightforward experience overall, and even if a small thing had been off, I wouldn’t have minded much since the timing was solid...

Communication was good overall. I mean, maybe I’m overthinking it, but there were a couple moments where I wasn’t totally sure what to expect next. Still, they got back to me and kept things moving, so I’d say it was a solid experience.

The parts feel solid overall. Nothing fancy to overhype, but they seem sturdy enough for what I needed. I’d probably mention it to a friend if they were looking for something similar.

I tried it once, i’m literally not interested in going back. It just didn’t feel worth it to me.

My order took way longer to process than I expected. I’m fine waiting on shipping, but it just sat in that whole “processing” limbo for days before anything actually happened. I had to keep checking the status myself, which was annoying. The product might be perfectly fine, but the order handling was frustrating.

I was kind of hoping there would be more aftermarket customization options, but it felt a bit limited for what I had in mind. Maybe it works better for other people or different bikes, but for me it was a little disappointing. I guess I expected more variety and maybe an easier way to narrow down options

My order came in really solid packaging and nothing was scratched up or bent, so that was nice. The box were taped up good, maybe even a little too much, but I’d rather deal with that than broken stuff. It took me a minute to get it open, but overall I’m happy with it

I bought these parts from TST Industries thinking the install would be straightforward, but it ended up being way more of a headache than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear, and a few steps didn’t really match what I was seeing on the bike. You get to a point where you’re just stopping every few minutes to search for videos and figure out what’s actually supposed to happen. It took a lot longer than it should have, i kind of regretted buying it by the end

I've been using it heavily and, to be fair, it still feels solid with no real issues so far. I do have a few mixed feelings just because I’m waiting to see how it holds up long term, but at this point I can’t really complain.

This made the whole process so much easier than I expected?? Super simple to use and saved me a lot of hassle.

I ordered these a few weeks ago, and after using them for a bit, I’d say the price feels fair. They weren’t the cheapest option I came across at the time, but now that I’ve had a chance to see the quality, I feel like they were worth what I paid.

Not a terrible experience or anything, but there was just something about it that felt frustrating when all I wanted was a simple update
